Happy 3rd Birthday, EmJ!

EmJ had a great 3rd birthday complete with a party on Sunday and her real birthday on Tuesday - seriously, she knew she wasn't really 3 until Tuesday. Funny kid! :o)
There are lots and lots of pictures below, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! The birthday girl at her party
Awesome Snow White cupcakes!

Just before it was time to light the candles and sing

"Happy Birthday to you!"
Her face cracks me up... not so sure about those candles...

Yummy cupcakes and ice cream! Woo-hoo!

Nate enjoying the food too!
I meant to get a picture of all the kiddos at the party, but that didn't really happen - they were too busy playing and having fun! :o)

Opening presents...
We were very blessed - thank you everyone!

The next day playing with her new tag system from Grandma Chuck, Grandpa Greg, Nana, and Papa. This is the coolest thing ever - I think I'm just as excited about it as EmJ is! :o)

The awesome cash register - she adores this - what kid wouldn't?!

EmJ with her new Aquadoodle from Grandpa Reg, Grandma Tracey, and Gram - very cool!

EmJ got a gift card from Aunt Stacey to Target and loved that she got to pick out what she wanted! She picked this Ariel castle bath toy - and obviously couldn't wait until bath time to play with it! Ha!

I'm 3 years old!

Yummy birthday cupcake - on her actual birthday :o)

And here's a new belly picture for those of you who are curious how huge I am :o)
28 weeks!

EmJ obviously had a very fun birthday and
we are so thankful for all of you who love her so much!!!

good times outside

We've done some fun stuff outside lately, so I figured I'd just put it all in one post. :o)We went fishing the other day... we didn't catch anything, but EmJ still had a good time.
I'm sure we'll go again soon :o)
Fishing with Daddy

I got this awesome sprinkler thing yesterday so we had to try it out!
Clearly EmJ loved it!!!
After a little while she decided she was wet enough so we turned it down and she started pretending she was a cat who was "licking" the water... I was cracking up!
I totally remember doing stuff like that as a kid - ha! :o)
Woo-hoo! We love this weather!
Last night EmJ and Daddy were watching the lightning... one of Daddy's favorite things. I wanted to get a shot where you could see the lightning, but I'm not that talented. :o)

a little early birthday fun!

EmJ's 3rd birthday is coming up at the end of this month, but Chloe and Ireland will be back in Oklahoma when her actual birthday comes. So, we decided we needed a special birthday party that she could share with her best friends :o)
We went to Chick-fil-a for dinner and then let the girls dress up in their princess dresses and went to Build-A-Bear. They had a BLAST!
The fabulous princesses walking into the mall
Our birthday Snow White

At Build-A-Bear holding the hearts they picked out for their animals. EmJ picked a frog, Chloe picked a lamb, and Ireland picked a panda bear.

This is the "heart ceremony" where the kids do silly things with the hearts before they get stuffed into their animals. This was the part where they were supposed to turn around (obviously what EmJ is doing) and then make a wish. I love this picture because you can clearly see that Ireland is making her wish. :o)

EmJ and Chloe giving their animals an "air bath"

All done and so excited!

So sweet :o)

I had to put this in because I absolutely LOVE this picture!

When we got back to our house the girls sat in the grass and had EmJ open her presents from them... she got some awesome Snow White stuff that she just adores!

Can't even look at the camera cause she's so excited :)

Group hug! Thanks best friends!!!!

Right before bed that night - with "Froggy" all dressed up in her ballerina outfit

We obviously had a great time and were so glad to be able to do this before the girls move back to Oklahoma. We will miss them something crazy, but are so glad that they get to be with their Daddy again soon! Yea!!!
