oops!

When I took Luke's 9 month pictures, I completely forgot to take some with his monkey... oops! When I look back at these, the monkey will help show how big Mr. Luke is getting! However... getting pictures of Luke with his monkey now that he's mobile has definitely proved to be a tad difficult... :o)

Sit still and just hold the monkey?! Ha!

Maybe I'll have a little conversation with the monkey.

Luke is 9 months!

Yep. 9 months old.

Luke is crawling all over the place and loving that he can explore this huge new world around him. He absolutely loves to pull himself up on anything he can... crusing on the furniture is just around the corner, I'm sure! He says Mama, Dada, ball, hi and bye-bye. I'm pretty sure he tried to say "more" today when he signed it too! :o) He can eat pretty much anything we give him (even though he doesn't have any teeth yet - EmJ was a late tooth-getter too) and he loves food. Luke loves bath time, singing and laughing with EmJ, when Daddy comes home from work, going on walks in his stroller, and music of all kinds. He even sings and dances along... so cute!
He is the sweetest boy I've ever known and brings us so much joy! We love you, Luke!!!

bubbles!

EmJ just got this awesome bubble-blowing lawn mower from Auntie Amy (gotta love hand-me-down toys!!)

She took a tiny second to pose for me. Seriously... this was it. :o)

(I realize she's "mowing" the sidewalk... but it didn't take her long to realize you can go faster on the sidewalk, and that's what makes more bubbles come out!)

Monkey Bizness and other fun stuff

This past weekend Grandma Chuck, Grandpa Greg, and Aunt Stacey were here. We had lots and lots of fun with them! On Friday we met them for some fun at Monkey Bizness (if you've never been to one of these - check it out! Super fun!).

Look Who's Crawling!

That's right... Luke figured out how to crawl - TODAY! He's been "almost" crawling for about 2 weeks now and today something clicked for him! :o) He sort of "jumps" his knees forward together... it's pretty awesome stuff. Anyway... here you go - enjoy!
